RETURNS
& Exchanges
You can return for a refund or exchange within 5 days from delivery.

How do I return?
Email us at info@simplyforthehome.com that you would like to return the bottles. We will send you the shipping address.​

Pack and Ship
Pack the bottles in the original packaging and ship them using your preferred method. Place your name inside the package. Return costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend you ask for a tracking number so the package is traceable.

Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds: We will reimburse you the amount paid for the items returned via the same payment method you used when placing the order. Refunds can take up to 30 days to be back in your account.
Exchanges: Once we receive your return back in our studio, we will process the exchange, given the item is in stock.

Faulty Products
If you have received a faulty product or have experienced issues with your product, please contact info@simplyforthehome.com with the issue you are experiencing and a picture of the faulty item.
